Hey guys,

I have a giant bottle cage on my saddle at it does not hold the bottles in firmly. if I hit a rough section of track my bottle pops out.

Do you guys have any suggestions on what bottle cage to use ? I'm using a camnelbak 750ml bottle maybe that's where the problem might be ?

We use the cage to carry our tools in with one of those plastic PRO cannisters, with no problems, but you need a cage that grabs or clips both sides of the bottle indents. We use this one bought from Solomons and never dropped a bottle no matter how rough it is.

+1 for Lezyne Flow cage

They also make a side loader, but that's no good for a seat post bottle cage.

How about mounting it on the seatpost instead of the saddle? Must be somewhat uncomfortable, no?

The booth carbon bottle cages are really really good at holding the bottles. At something like R80 it's def worth it! (Not to mention the weight...)

It's just a bastard trying to get them out of the cages......but they are good.

i have one of those side loading, metal bottle holders. works a treat despite some eye-boggling rough stuff. but not quite the nicest looking, and of course, not quite weightweenie material. But it does exactly what i want it to do.
