Personally I'd not risk it, if you are sick you're sick and you need to recover. If you damage anything else it's going to take even longer to recover. To lazy to take the motorbike to work... Assuming you are treating the UTI properly (medically) then there is no reason you can't ride up to your pain tolerance, with 2 caveats: 1 - STAY hydrated2 - You are not prescribed anti inflammatories - if you are then rather don't ride and take the NSAIDS.
