Ramrod Posted January 16, 2014 Posted January 16, 2014 So, I bought my Titan carbon 29er middle last year, great bike. In December the frame failed and broke at the chainstay.....? What now.......? Within two days the supplier committed to replace my frame, and in the meantime offered a full race spec bike on loan untill my bike is re built! So, in anyones books... this is awesome service. Big Hoooorah! to the Titan team.Out of interest where did you buy from. Thinking of getting my daughter one but dont fancy the likes of Sportsmans Warehouse

Cajees, Cyclelab, or maybe your LBS has some units left. New shipments should be arriving soon

I previously had a Mongoose and had a real fight to get a cracked frame replaced via Omnico. I started reading this.... Then i BEQUCKED myself when i saw your avatar. Dorpie Posted January 16, 2014 Posted January 16, 2014 Same Thing happened to me but I broke my seat stay, my bike was in at Eagle Canyon Cycles and they helped contact they guys from Titan who contacted me and let me know that they will be replacing my Carbon Pro 29er to the Team 29er Frame.With in a week I had a brand new upgraded frame rebuilt and ready to ride.
