Went to Pink Geranium - didn't get the Asparagus - garden a bit small and more clay but came home with an Artichoke and raspberry and another tomato bush. Now just gotta wait til the sun goes down so I can go and dig in the dirt :)

Today i started clearing out the bush! Helluva job, im thinking if i should kill the weeds with roundup. Its going to take a couple of months to sort this out.

Planted up

Top row: Rocket

Second from top: Coriander and Parsley

Third from top: Lettuce and one chive

Bottom: 3 tomatoes with chives in between

Nice but you need to triple up on everything.

Never understood why Jamie Oliver use to get all excited about coriander when doing food on the coals till I started using fresh coriander from my garden. I do the brush with coriander, pull some leaves off & sprinkle over chicken then throw the stems into the coals to smoke the chicken.

Fresh herbs has changed how we eat at home for the better. I cannot eat store bought chives or lettuce anymore.

absolutely...after this test..if everything works well...I have the same amount of space on the other side of the windows (although not in as direct sunlight). I will then leave this for vegetables only and herbs and spices on the other side

spent about an hour in the garden today picking all of this. Tomatoes gone wild

The best thing about the cape gooseberries is, I didn't plant any of them.
