Never understood why Jamie Oliver use to get all excited about coriander when doing food on the coals till I started using fresh coriander from my garden. I do the brush with coriander, pull some leaves off & sprinkle over chicken then throw the stems into the coals to smoke the chicken. Fresh herbs has changed how we eat at home for the better.
