Need some advise to customize my bike

I had another bike with the Evad wheels, the I sold that bike and got the one below.

 

So my pedals was also still red because of the red bike.

 

I put it on the new bike and it didn't look bad at all with the wheels having red in them as well. However, when I recently fitted my climbing wheels with no red, I realized t does not fit anymore.

 

Here is what I was thinking(Please opinions and advice are welcome)

Replacing the red logo on the 50 & 88 wheel to green

Adding the same logo on the 50 & 80 wheel to the 20's but in green colour.

Swapping my red look pedals for black ones

Replacing the white handlebar tape with either Fizik Green tape or the new ESI road handlebar tape.

And I might take the gobi seat to my mtb and put a Fizik Airone green highlighter series seat on.

 

 

The seat is not definite yet, but what do you think? Will it be to much green?

Stick to the rules

 

Rule #8// Saddles, bars, and tires shall be carefully matched.

 

Valid options are:

 

Match the saddle to the bars and the tires to black;

or

Match the bars to the color of the frame at the top of the head tube and the saddle to the color of the frame at the top of the seat tube and the tires to the color where they come closest to the frame;

Match the saddle and the bars to the frame decals;

Just replace the pedals?

 

The new look blade 2s are out and they are super droool worthy! Plus with black pedals you don't need to change anything. Strip the wheel decals completely for the all black look and black bar tape and saddle.

 

Will look hella sexy.

Change the green on the bike to red. You can easily do that with vinyl if you don't want to spray it. Change the mtb hammock to a proper saddle in white or black and fit some deepsections.

Chuck the Shimano and get some Microshift stuff. It comes in some wicked colour options. There is one with black carbon and green.

Leave the pedals, when riding nobody can see them in any event.

He is way to expensive. Got 3 different quotes, He charges on average 500% more

Thanks, ive heard people moan about the saddle bag? Please explain why is such an big issue, if its not there I will have to carry the bomb, tube, lever, nossle in my pockets anyways.

They come in plenty of different colour options.

 

Microshift have been around for years. They are cheaper than 105 and lighter than Dura Ace. The Axxes Pro team rode with them a few seasons ago in SA and Coffidis rode with them a fews seasons back. Revolution Cycles in Cape Town were the import agents, not sure if they still are.

Saddle bag is the one Rule I choose to defy- carried all the stuff in my shirt (as per Velominati Rules) but I prefer a small, tidy and quiet saddle bag.

I tried revolution cycles they dont import them anymore.

 

Getting decals done on the rims and im think of respraying the bike

 

But not sure where, have something like the attached in mind?

 

Will I have any legal issues if I spray it like attached

 

I dunno where the frame comes from, but it looked like cervelo S5 before Dave resprayed it to his colours. So I am tweaking that

 

Just not sure about the purple will probs keep it white and I think spraying the front fork might be overkill

 

Anyone know anyone that can do this and have a good reputation?
