You dont need a full racing license, however you need to buy a day license.

Should be starting together. Did the charity maybe not register you (though 9H34 seems late for a charity start, and 7H11 too early)?

 

Maybe he has done more races than you recently, and thus has a better seeding 'score' than you have.

 

Nope, we have done the same races and rode together in most of them. The only ones that are differerent are the MTB races like Sondela (both rode but he rode away from me) and the USN races (all 30km though).

Looking for 2h50 to 2h55 This year. Cant think the new route will make a big difference if at all.

 

The big question is; will the roads be ready???? Anybody has some info on this??

What's the latest starting time?? And what are the rules re double laps!? Would like to ride with a mate but want to race the first go round too.

 

Was thinking that with a 6:39 start, 3:30 time at the worst, I might be able to get back in time for another lap.

 

Any advice here guys??

Holy crap. I have been placed in WW starting at 10:24. Last time i did 94.7 in 3:06

Odd seeding, perhaps your index has been dented by time, when was this last 94.7 race?  1876?

I am in D group, and did the race last year in 2:42, so I thought I would have been a bit earlier.

 

Not to worried though, will still be fun
