It will take you 6 minutes 41 seconds longer than last year.

That's assuming you attack on Summit, rest on Heartbreak hill, attack on the downhill past Kyalami, and wheelsuck the rest of the way.

Sorry, almost forgot ~ don't forget to attack on the last climb as well.

What about the attack in the start pens.... ?

Very true. It's important to arrive late, then each time the group moves forward before the start, bump as many riders out of the way as possible as you make your way to the front.

That will save valuable seconds. Don't worry about the other riders who swear at you, it's just pre race jitters that is causing them to vent.

I am getting so nervous I am staring to fart Whispers.

My first 94.7 (last year and my first ever race) was on a full carbon bike ,I did OK.

This year I am on a steel frame, will I be fine ?

Easy, I know you are from Slaapstad, but I don't have time to draw pictures  . You asked 4 questions and I gave you 4 answers. Foreigners are always welcome in Jozi...

Even if you rode here, which wouldn't surprise me, it would be easy for you.

Damn, I just read the small print, you are...

Eddy Mercx won numerous TDF on a steel bike. If he can do it, so can u.

Okes (and some chicks too) are gonna *** off trying to hold your wheel.

I'm gonna wheelsuck in your group for sure. Unless Travis is in it, then maybe not. I'm coming to ride, not get klapped.

No matter what they tell you steel isnt real, its inferior in every way to carbon and even Aluminium.

You are going to battle your ass off on that Ritchey thing.

Oh look, its Friday...

I would just carry it on the uphills then.

What happens when I get to 94.7km on my Garmin and I haven't got to the finish yet - can I stop there and claim that time as my official one?

Also, do I get a headstart because I'm from the coast so you Gauties all have higher haemocrit counts than me. Not fair.

If you have done the training no reason to stress about a race that is only in 2 weeks time, rather get yourself ready and set your own goal and have fun. For me I will try go for a sub 3, my time last year was 3:18, but I am 10 times fitter than last year with some good times this year.

I think that if u fit then the race shouldn't be any different than last year. Its all about what you put in, is what you get out.
