mon-goose Posted April 10, 2014 Posted April 10, 2014 I can't see the video but in the early 90's I did a trip from PE to CT on the N2 and somewhere around swellendam area I caught a truck and managed to slip it for at least 10km at between 70 and 80km/h. When I think of it now I was pretty stupid as I had to sit behind it to be pulled along and I couldn't see the road. The things we did in our youth Skylark 1

quintonb Posted April 10, 2014 Posted April 10, 2014 (edited) I think most of us have done this at some stage or another.Used to do it loads when I was a school boy until a guy we used to race with, Warren Reed (If memory serves me right), hit the back of a truck and opened the top of his head like a lid. He survived thankfully, but I stopped doing that. Its a rush, but extremely dangerous as the truck driver probably didn't even know you were there. Edited April 10, 2014 by quintonb

Â I slipped a mobile crane the last time down Lynnwood road, had to give up at 70 when it started to spray oil out, what a mess it made of my bike so I won't do it anymore.
