A have been avoiding this thread for a while, because i knew it will make me sad.

I am really missing my bike, had a sixfiddy dakar, put 100 000 kms on it. Had to sell it, got a scooter, for daily commute, bleo the engine, and have been using the car ever since.

But next year will definately be a new bike year for me....

I want ktm 690 sm

Yammie 660 sm

Or perhaps i go back to my ds roots and get some manner of ds machine 800cc and up.

The missus said i need to choose between a dh bike or a motor bike...

I'm thinking of getting the baby 390 as a commuter ... don't think it is sensible but LOVE the Duke look ..

It's awesome, loads of fun and plenty quick enough.

Tops out at 170km/h and I'm 89kg in my birthday suit.

It gets there fairly quickly though for a 390

I really want to get a "sixfiddy" as you call it. I think its an excellent price for a helluva bike! Now just to get the money!

Bought a 220cc PGO scooter to get me to work and back since the GF takes the car to work.

Not quite a motorcycle but still puts a smile on my face every time I ride it.

Make sure you change the oil as recommended.

Think the worst I got was about 30kms/l

Now thats how you save money! Work is 25km away... At 10km/l its painful!
