Nope, here I disagree quite strongly.

There is no two ways about it that on a stage of the Epic or J2C equivalent gearing, same rider will get to the end a bit quicker on his 29'er.

Can't argue that.

The biggest difference I felt from 26 to 27.5 is on a heavy corrugated dirt road.

29er is fast. . In a straight line(depending also who is riding it)

27.5 on Full sus is more fun than 29er. Just couldn't get the hang of it.

Bottom line however if you have the legs and know how to ride a bike you will be fast on almost anything

Ooooweeee, hulle gaan jou bitch slap! Jy kannie dit net so se nie, in 3 woorde nogals, eish eina... Ek't BAIE meer woorde gebruik en hulle het my so sleg gese, ek voel nou nog vuil...Jy moet 'n boek skryf met al jou tegniese bevindings, bikes, models, parte, setup, terein, temperatuur, ens. en jy moet 'n moerse pro wees voordat hulle eers na jou sal luister, jy moet natuurlik ook top 20 wees in al die mtb disciplines bv. xcm, xco, world cup, epic, sani en what not anders beteken jou opinie niks nie  En moenie jou opinie op die mensies forseer nie :whistling:
