I'm 1,72 m and 84kg in 2004. decided to go with my friend to take league. He's working very hard. I was studying. within 6months 84 -> 69kg. to 2006 in the cape agrus accident. my bike for a long time to fix. some parts imports were problems. feels so nice to be lazy. last year aug 2013 95-97kg. I started GERD was very worried, do not want surgery. Read pat on google about it. "lost weight", "eat healty food", "do exercise every day more than 30 minutes per day.",etc... today I feel much better now with GERD and 73-74kg. everyone was anxious to say I'm too skinny :/, I plan for next year join the league to participate :)

I'm now down 9kgs. Loving it, but need to really buy more clothes now. My jeans hang so bad it looks like a baby with a wet nappy! The curse for us lady cyclists is that sooner or later we kiss our boobies goodbye....

Not intentionally.....if you've got a corrupted mind, you'll find something dirty everywhere you look. BTW I think your tic is getting worse.....

I have gained 10kg since I started cycling competitively, but its taken 49 years for it to happen, with the 60% of that in the last year during which I have had hormone blockade treatment - thankfully now finished.

Since Sept 1 last year I have lost 15kg from cycling and running, always been an open water swimmer. At around 90kg now, 1.90 metres tall.

Need to get to around 85kg in prep for iron man 2015. But with the crap I eat it aint easy esp in winter. Will make a concerted effort in the spring

I lost 23 kg's since Jan 2014 (just over 2 000 km's). Messed up my shoulder, with a small crash, and have not been on a bike since end of May, and will only be able to hit the trails in Sept. Actually still losing weight on the trainer. Why I stopped doing this for 20 years, I do not know!
