How many kg have you dropped since cycling?

I seem to have stalled at 82kg now (from 94.5kg in March).

Winter has slowed the amount of cycling during the week, but I hit the trails hard on weekends.

To make up for the week day loss I started gym again on Sun. Every second day I plan on going. Working on core strength and doing some running (about 20 mins at 10kmh) on the treadmill.

from 105kg in April, and with some really bad weeks in-between with no training and a terrible diet, I am now at 92kg. staying focused and going for mid 80's.

Afraid of getting on to the scale.  Most of my clothing does not fit any more.  But that was due to a month of no cycling and a very bad diet.

From 95kilos end of 2013 to 70kg's in May this year,

Winter was really bad though and the wife being pregnant with her cravings didn't help either

Up to 75kg's and did my first ride last night after my month winter hiatus,

My goal weight is 65kg's and would like to reach it end of this year,

awesome, I've lost 14 so far after the argus. still about 10 to go. Hopefully I can get there before next years argus. (if I win an entry), Christmas is gonna be tough though.

Started cycling in Jan 2006 at 122kg, 18 months later I plateaued at 80kg which is the weight that I am either slightly over or under at any one time now.

Best weight since then was 2010 Ironman where I locked in around 74kg's but people started asking if I was sick or something  so apparently I didnt look to well.

Had to buy an all new wardrobe.

5 years ago, dropped from 136 to 113, since started cycling again. then picked up to 118 and maintained that for a good couple of years. Started a new job in the middle of last year and had no time for cycling or dieting. Picked up to 130 again.

Since the beginning of the year started cycling more again and doing some cross training with a personal trainer and the wife. I am now averaging at around 124 but i have dropped my pant size from a tight 42 to a tight 38, guessing the cross training put alot more muscle on than expected.

Can also see the results in my strava segments. I am hoping to drop to below 120 for the K2C next month.

My goal, would love to get to the low 110s again.

Unfortunately i am built like a forward rugby player and i will never be the fastest up a hill, but i do out sprint most of my friends on the flats!  :whistling:
