Also had to go to Checkers when Kit was there.. Sadly there was no Magnum PI Ferrari for me to go gagga about..Checkers obviously didnt organise that. My “girlfriend’s” dad in preprimary was a car salesman, one day he rocked up in a Ferrari 308, so that was a pretty cool Magnum moment for me. Highlight of childhood was going to Centurian Cricket ground, or whatever it was called, when Airwolf came to SA, must have been about 86 or 87.... i touched it!
