You may want to rethink that as benzine is a known carcinogen...

There is a difference between the Benzine that you get commercially in the shops, and Benzene, which is the carcinogen you are referring to. Benzine is just an industrial solvent readily available in your local hardware store.

Do you dilute it?

No, I don't dilute it, you can't because it's water soluble. I drop the chain in paraffin for a few minutes and clean with a paintbrush. Then I put the chain in a little of the red stuff, to remove the paraffin, and then I jet it clean with high pressure water. You can't get you chain cleaner than that. Make sure that you lubricate it properly afterwards because while there is no dirt, there is also zero lube.

I use a park tools chain cleaner with paraffin..clean it, empty the paraffin out and add clean paraffin and run it again. I do it every 2 weeks or so. Takes me no longer than 10 minutes and my drivetrain lasts very long.

Ive been using this guys stuff for a few months now and ive never had any issues. spray, rinse and lube lightly.

I see on Facebook they have also come out with a Bike wash.10473641_840677745942259_6099020544881280626_n.jpg

I'll give it a try.if it works as well as the video it's a great product.

Don't want to hijack this post... but I'm stuck on step 1: how do you just drop the chain in a bucket? Quick release chain links?

I've also been using the CleanXtreme foam stuff! Love it. I've noticed the longer you leave it on the better. Keeps working after to foam has disapated. Washed my bike the day after putting it on the chain and it rinsed everything straight off. Normally just 10-20min. I see its R100 for just the degreaser now. Good move me thinks!!!

Good to know because I just ordered the opening special package from them now. I was also advised to leave the degreaser as long as possible even after the foam has subsided as it will keep working.

I think my quick release is stuck. I can not get it to move to bteak the chain to clean it. Is it possible.

What should i do now?

Are you using a Quick release tool? other wise try a little WD40/Q20 before breaking it.
