Someone tell Conrad, Shelby and Chaunce that Hub membership isn't limited to one per family? They can all join :-)

As I think I've said on here before, I always got good service at Eagle Canyon and Chaunce stayed on late to finish my bike more than once, Shelby was always helpful and Conrad was always ready to help out in any emergency I had.

Hope this all comes right for them.

Hi Conrad

Thanks for your reply. I really appreciate it.

Please have a chat with your son and let him know that his attitude really is doing your business a great disservice.

Cheers.

In my opinion if a business can not do a good job on social media they wont see my money.

Like multiple people using one email address that has a name not just the info@ but for example, Bennie@xyz.co.za or they do stuff like this where multiple people comment as one account.

If you do not care to try and understand social media you are not going to care about anything.

If you can not understand it, then stay off it, as social media can make you "look" incompetent.

Hi Copi.......

When you came off your bike and broke your wrist/bruised your ribs, perhaps you landed on your head a little harder than you realised?????

You might want to check that there isn't some residual swelling......

It would certainly makes some sense of your non-sensical ranting and utter drivel that you seem to post in general......

Remember....... If you have customers and employees who are "telling you how to do things" to such an extent that you find them "annoying", perhaps there might be something in there that you could learn from?????

It would be really disappointing if you pass them off because you have an attitude, that because you're the boss, you're the only one in your business who's worth listening to.......or the only one who's right.......

Think it over and see how much better your constitution would be if you took some value from the suggestions/complaints to you in person or otherwise here on the hub......

So we should not tell a company how to better their business so they can make more money we should open the same one and take their money? Is that your logic(or lack off)

Have you the finance or balls to open your own business, or are you just a know it all ?

I completely disagree.

I run 2 very successful companies and have absolutely no social media presence at all.

We have an info@ email address which goes to 2 of us so that one can go away/have a day off occasionally. It is linked to our on line presence.

If you think companies need to learn Social Media to be good at what they do, then sjoe.... Saying something is not the same as doing something.

Besides, a heap of companies don't do their own social media these days anyway, they hire someone who studies 'social media' to run it.

I put absolutely zero thought as to whether a company has socials or how they bother to use it. None at all.

A handshake, a decent attitude and deliverables. Pictures and pretty words are all just smoke and mirrors anyway.

But then I still phone people and don't contact anyone before 8am or after 5pm expecting a response, so maybe I'm the luddite old fool.

Yes companies can be and is successful without any social media.

That is what I said, info@ is good but Bennie@ and sandra replies is not

Not what i said, I said do social media right or keep away

Besides, a heap of companies don't do their own social media these days anyway, they hire someone who studies 'social media' to run it.

This is a good idea, like I said above if a company can not do it well then they should give it to pro or not do it at all.

Doing social media badly can harm your business is what I am saying

I put absolutely zero thought as to whether a company has socials or how they bother to use it. None at all.

Me neither, if they social accounts and can not manage that properly when I have an issue is when I run

Ha - just sitting In a conference in Milan, presenter talking about the importance of making every customer feel like they are your only customer. Thought of Coppi and his unique approach.
