Spoke to the PO and they said that they have taken on more casual staff to work nights and weekends to clear backlog... only problem is that what they are being paid an hour and the hours they are working is adding up to more a month than some of the permanent staff who have now started going slow because of it !! SAPO dammed if they do, damned if they don't !!... so either the casuals strike or the permanent staff do based on who seems to be getting paid the most

Complete mayhem in parastatals at the moment.I am trying to convince a friend of mine to do this!!(in terms of a private postal/parcel service by air or sea) All he can see is how much its gonna cost him.
