tearing of the bladder

Few days ago I was on my way to take a wizz.  But on the way I was stopped.  I had to try and lift a server. 

 

When I lifted the server I heard a tearing sound from my bladder area.

My bladder did not evacuate, but the pain was a little intense and a tear or two left my eye.

 

I have to use the bathroom more than usual.  If I extend the periods it hurts like hell.

 

I can't cycle, the motorbike hurts, even driving hurts.  The pain is much better at the moment.  I can't get time to visit the Dr.  There is no blood in my urine.

 

So anyone that know if it is possible to tear your bladder or what the heck did I do?

Sounds like a hernia.

 

You need to have it looked at and sorted urgently. You may get protrusion from some internal structures that may become constricted, causing tissue death and the complications that follows.

 

Treat this as an emergency, not like the flu where you can just say you don't have time and it will get better.

François, right now you need to make the decision to call in sick tomorrow morning and head to your local medical centre first thing. Everything else can wait.

I don't think its related to the bladder. I think you had an episode of intermittent testicular torsion when the spermatic cord twists the blood flow is cut and the pain excruciating. It might spread to your abdomen with cramp like feeling. You may feel like wanting to urinate more frequently or even empty your bowels but does not relieve the pain.pain goes away gradually as the cord untwists and restores blood flow.

Bladder pain as you described will be from reverse ejaculation which is uncommon and certainly not with the activity you were doing.

Passing a stone through the urethra may do that but usually its with passing urine and its really painful.a tear or two is more aptly described as screaming like a girl.

Ha ha ha Lol François. However I do concur with the other guys here. Nothing beats a proper physical examination by a good doctor preferably your regular doc. The opinion given here is a best guess based on the info given. Pain which affects your daily activities and or wakes you up at night is sinister enough to seek expert advice.

Go see a Dr and get it sorted

Probably a hernia if it happened when lifting something - get it examined asap, might need a surgical repair and early is better than later.

Problem.

My regular Dr... Female and I know her husband... So it will just be a bit weird... Might be another reason why I try to avoid issues down the nether regions...
