Does anyone know if Kalahari has a similar process? Been waiting on 6 weeks now.

Or possibly via my credit card?

I know you can cancel your order. Just log into your account and at my order click on cancel.

Unfortunately it has already been posted. Or they say it has. But it is not in the system.

When I contacted them I got a lukewarm response.

I'm fortunate not to have anything out there

I'd be crying myself to sleep if there was a set of carbon hoops in the snail mail

Just received my package from CRC - sent on the 1st of October. Even got deliver to my office and I paid the vat. I spoke to the guy and he said all WC operations are back to normal and only GP is problematic. He also told me in the interim while JHB is not operational international good are getting sent to Durban and then onward from there. My good arrived Durban Friday and I got them in Cape Town today. Had a parcel send from JHB on the 16th of Sept got here Friday last week. What a balls up

Basically you want to tell me I should go ahead & order with the normal delivery?

I reside in the Free State so I should be getting my shipment.

& if not then CRC will refund.

Sounds too good to be true.

If you want to wait over 2 months, then go ahead. I ordered my stuff on 20 August, and have not yet received it, and due to the timeframe CRC refunded me.

In future I will rather pay the extra for a tracked delivery, then at least I will know what is going on.

I managed to get through to the JIMC yesterday and they told me that my parcel isn't on the system which means it hasn't arrived. :(

Don't know whether it's a question of them not having scanned it because of the strike, whether it has been stolen or whether it genuinely hasn't arrived.

Probably in the order you typed it.

So they are open again?

I received my CRC order today shipped 19 Sep. It was at the post office since Monday. Packet was abused and inside I found something for somebody in Namibia. No wonder things get lost.

I got a call yesterday from a call centre (big clothing retailer) asking me if I am receiving my statements. Considering I don't really use the account, and have had a zero balance for a while, I decided to answer "Yes".

She then asked to confirm my "home" address, where statements are sent to - it turned out to be my PO Box, so I said that the address is correct but I don't live there.

She then asked if I could give the address where I live, and my reply was that I have a PO Box because mail doesn't arrive at my home address. I then also mentioned that my statements are sent by email, and then she made my day...

"Can you receive post at your email address?"

and, wait for it...

"Do I live at my email address?"

I'm now looking around for Schuster, or someone similar.

I wonder if Jacob is getting his post at Nkandla?

Not sure how you got to that conclusion as I never told you do to anything. I was just sharing my experience and I do not live in OFS but the WC and I have not used the refund policy. Worth noting I am still waiting on a frame from China but that was only sent yesterday. Ill let you know when it arrives
