AlexJamieson Posted February 3, 2015 Posted February 3, 2015 Hi everyone, I've been training with nothing but water for a while, but as I've built up strength and my rides have got more demanding I'm finding water just isn't cutting it anymore. Which energy drinks do you use on rides and how and when should I be using them? Cheers!

Malpiet Posted February 4, 2015 Posted February 4, 2015 If you been riding on water only, then rather use nuun or high5 zero cal they loaded with electrolytes which is what you need, isnt sweet and only has light flavor. Carbs you can get from snacking regularly on the bike. just my 2cents
