Seriously the challenge for me is coming in the top 5% of the field, came very close to a "cat podium" last year but will not divulge here what prevented me.

Agree with you, had my share of 100 Milers, doing the Hex River race on the same day which was fun last year. But still think a few interested peeps are going to get caught napping

It's my first 100 miler but have done 2 50 miler races. I wonder how much the new route will change seeing that we are starting and finishing at the malmesbury show grounds. The Paardeberg part of the race, does anyone know if it open to the public?
