Piston ZA Posted May 13, 2015 Posted May 13, 2015 Man, these things are awesome. Similar to the Airdog system which you attach a GoPro to. But this is cheaper and looks better. Just got to make sure you stick to areas with no tall trees or overhead lines.

Marius Posted May 13, 2015 Posted May 13, 2015 it's a pretty cool gadget but to pay that much for recording 20 mins then charge it for 2 hours before you can record again is just not worth it for me, especially since it can't dodge tree, power lines ect, it's max speed is pretty slow so I'll ride away from it and it'll lose contact if you more than 30 m away from it. I think some more R&A is needed, lighter material, better battier life and obstacle detection is a def must.

I dont know if this is really effective and might prove to be a huge headache for someone recording video's. Looks nice. The guys could really have gone extra step and made battery replaceable its not an impossible job.

It'll just sit there, out of harm and criminal's way watching you and just be a bright emergency beacon until help arrives. Could have the same thing for your house. Alarm goes off, drone deploys and captures video of the premises until the all clear is given. Should we start a new venture together?????

If I recall:- Drones can not be unmanned; and- Cannot be flown in built-up areas. Killjoy these authorities.
