Pics of all injuries and case numbers have been forwarded to Senior Ranked officials in the Navy who along with SAPS will bring them to book.I really hope they do but experience indicates it will just go away at least you are all unharmed no coverage in the press ??? that's a real pity because that's a good way to get results with cases like this

They came up behind a group of cyclists and sjamboked them. One f the cyclists was Neville Craig of epic bike shop.They got the reg number and reported the incident. The driver was traced to the sa navy.Crazy, hope they guys are not too badly hurt! Hope they follow this through properly. Front page news when a cyclist hits a van with a front wheel, but nothing when a group gets beaten my shamboks, ugh, so gatvol some times.

Now lets get PPA involved cos this falls under the safe cycling / stay wider of the rider so they may pay for lawyers and give the case the visibility it needs to starting showing the public that violence against cyclists and the populace in general will not be tolerated. Also folks, Armed forces types tend to stick together so beware of any backlash as a result of their tjommies having the book thrown at them. Suggest people start riding with camera's and keep your cell phone tracking on so that your loved ones know where you are. these tossers are bringing the SA Navy into disrepute but small immature minds don't see it that way
