Pretty sweet ride you got there.....jealous!

I think red hubs would look kief on there and would then compliment them with either, red grips and black&red leather saddle or,brown leather grips and matching saddle.

I would leave the fork black as is and would upgrade the brakes to new blingy chrome Shimano's(personaly not a big fan of gold on 'choppers').

Haha. Handlebar? Actually think it rocks.

Had named one of our dogs Gustav before even knowing this was called the same so that'll stay on longer :)

Yeh Def need a sexier crankset too

Hahaha then hang it on the wall (handlebar). I would look for a single piece riser bar.

As for the crank, Hope make some bing stuff but it's not cheap.

Get rid of those bars & brake lever :cursing: quick before they lay eggs!!!

See if you can find a better looking crank floating around aswell.

Agree. That thing is begging for some wiiiide, low flat bars. With a huge sweep.

I would ditch the brakes and get a coaster or back pedal hub.

Also go SS.

Nice sleek and simple.

Cheers bud - yeh not a big fan of gold. period.   But i like the look of champagne gold.   So yeh it's a toss up btn. that and a cool red - maybe I'll do a bit of both - watch this space!

Cool will look into those bars..

just what's a coaster?

flippen loving the sound of a back pedal hub!  Didn't think possible on anything but a bmx.  This is the kind of tip I was looking for - get rid of the skanky looking brakes, focus on the bike itself and have more fun - esp. if i can lock that rear wheel an get her skiddin ;-)

yeh seriously considering SS - once I start riding more an get the legs cranking!

hmm, Cant wait to see how it comes out.

I wouldnt change much to it though. Saddle, grips, maybe add some pinstriping.

Then the Handlebars are debatable but flatter bars wouldnt be bad at all

Some parts def need changing - pedals are knackered - and just got a killer set on an ebay auction for 200 bucks.

yeh will definitely be superstyling before long

Pinstriping looks very nice - who does it?

Ok, can everyone please just leave the handlebars alone!!

Those were very carefully and lovingly hand-made just for this beaut of a bike!

Also, lower bars would mess with the riding position as it has a very relaxed and laid back seating position, lower bars would make it feel like riding a bike for midgets...

I like the single speed/coaster brake idea.

Definitely needs a new seat and that reflector needs to GO!

Front rim needs to go black to match the rear rim.

Those stickers look tacky, must have been a moto rider that put them on! I'd even take the morewood stickers off as the only connection it had to morewood was being made in their factory.

Originally the idea was to have an electric powered rear hub with a battery pack along the bottom tube of the frame, still think that would be pretty sweet but would perhaps ruin the look and would be pricey.

Did you build the frame!?

The CREATOR has spoken!   Yeh I loved the sleek look of the handlebars.  To now know that Vinorus actually crafted them himself as well - they're going to stay.

Update: most of the naff decals are off.   New pedals should be here in a week.  New saddle and grips going to take a while longer.

Was going to go with brown leather saddle and grips as recommended - but Vinorus thought it'd be best to stick with the black scheme.. and I realised he's right - the brown would draw the eyes to the saddle and grips and they shouldn't be the focus!

So after much trawling I found these:

A black Electra saddle with gold motif.  Off their 'Night Owl' cruiser.

And these MHL leather grips
