Gen Posted September 13, 2015 Posted September 13, 2015 And don't forget Chaves, brilliant ride by him as well. The future looks good for some exciting GC racing to come. And we shouldn't forget about quintanna. . He's also still but a pup

'Dale Posted September 13, 2015 Posted September 13, 2015 When Dumoulin got back on after our first attack, we decided to slow down a little so we could try again at full tilt in the last two or three kilometres of the climb. We could tell he was tired. Aru
ScottCM Posted September 14, 2015 Posted September 14, 2015 Shame hey.. of the 3 grand tours this yr.. VUELTA Def gave us the most entertainment. . Great racing.. Vuelta was nail biting with a lot of new comers and going down to the wire. TDF was extremely exciting the first 9 days when the were Ala Classics style, once Froomie took Stage 10 it became the same normal TDF of recent years. Giro, despite the massive Blue Train advantage Aru couldn't win. The constant attacks on flat stages, mountain stages hell I can imagine them attacking each other in the queue to the breakfast table. This was my favourite for the year.
'Dale Posted September 14, 2015 Posted September 14, 2015 Chavez signed with OGE for another 3 years Lovely guy from what I've seen
Nibali Posted September 14, 2015 Posted September 14, 2015 And we shouldn't forget about quintanna. . He's also still but a pup True. Very young top 10, about 5 guys 25 and younger then?
Shebeen Posted September 14, 2015 Posted September 14, 2015 Chavez signed with OGE for another 3 yearsLovely guy from what I've seendefinitely! I'm a little bit of a backstage pass groupie and he's really grown into a character of note. so much of fun with him and the weendog at giro but now he's a bona fide star. was also listening to the SBS cycling central vuelta podcast (ie. aussie cycling broadcaster) - and they obviously focus on OGE issues. orica are pulling out after 2016 so they need to find a new sponsor, and reckon that they would need to move from a classics type team to GC as that's what gets bang for buck - hence they have yates twins and chaves currently, and expecting Sky to throw cash at the former. so i think it's quite a big deal that they managed to keep chaves.
Patchelicious Posted September 14, 2015 Posted September 14, 2015 Imagine by how far Quintana would have won if he had access to the Astana water bottles.
Andrew Steer Posted September 14, 2015 Posted September 14, 2015 Imagine by how far Quintana would have won if he had access to the Astana water bottles. You think they even better than the Movistar bottles??
