Best way to lose weight

I am currently in the process of moving and have sold my bike, but I can feel the spread hitting me. I dont want to be an elephant by time I get back on the bike. What are the best ways to get rid of some of the excess weight already gained and keep it off?

Where are you moving to? I am in the exact boat...

 

Sold my bike in Pta, and moving down to CT end of August. I already bought a bike in CT though, and cannot wait to start riding again

 

In the mean time, I try to tun a little bit, and hike on the odd occasion

Eat less train more is the obvious answer.

 

What is not so obvious is HOW MUCH we actually eat. We often "think" we are not eating much..... ja ja.

 

The single biggest, easiest, cheapest way to lose weight is to download an App like FatSecret and record EVERYTHING you eat.

 

Download it, log your food intake HONESTLY and you will see exactly what is what.

 

Losing weight is 20% about exercise and 80% about diet.

You eat yourself thin and train yourself fit.

Carry on moving, dont stop.

 

Im sure youll be fine, Ive seen some aunties that are about 20 meals ahead and 40 $h!ts behind still riding a bike, proud of them actually.
