Some say just get out the saddle and ride, i decided to do the same but with some assistance of the larger gears... Whats your views ? Regards

The lighter gears will allow you to 'spin' easier without the need for knee-busting efforts on a 'taller geared' cassette. As you get stronger, you may have less need of the lighter gears and you can reassess your requirements. If you're having fun, you're doing it right and what's right for one rider, may not be the right thing for another.

RegardsMany of the Pro riders are now on 52/36 with a 28 on the rear. Ride whatever you comfortable with

DJpak Posted October 26, 2015 Posted October 26, 2015 To uae 32T u need to change ur pully(?) to a long one if u have a normally one now. If u have a standard crank set, rather change that to compact and use 12-28. Bec if u use 32T this means that ur gear ratio is bad on the flat road.
