So if you got the apple watch on the program. I hope the service you get is a lot better that the service I am currently receiving.

 

I still have 0 new points from workouts of 2 weeks ago, and also 0 points from doing those vitality age and smoking thing...

 

They don't answer my emails as well...

Just give them a call as mentioned. They are normally really helpful

Dunno why that is - quickest way to get those smoking points is to go into clicks/dischem and do an assessment - the points reflect in realtime usually (they did with my wife's assessment done last week).

I am busy getting highly annoyed with vitality.

Each week there is some kind of problem with my points on the active rewards program.

 

I opened yet another query regarding missing points on Friday which still hasn't been resolved.

When I followed up on it this morning I was told that they are experiencing system issues.

Same answer that I get each week.

Agree 100%. I think the call centre is super busy dealing with stuff ups. I was left on hold so long the last 2 days, I just gave up. Definitely no apple watch for me till they fix it.

I phone again on tuesday with my reference number. Was promissed it will be sorted out before the end of the day and the rewards are allocated. Still nothing sorted when i checked today.

Im feeling sorry for the call center agent that will be taking my call at 8 am tomorrow morning as i am not going to be very friendly or patient.

 

I used to rate discovery as a top notch company, but someone did not do their work on this program.

so, after holding from 12h30 to 12h48 they answered...

 

After my explanation they guy made me hold for another 10minutes

 

he notified my that whatever he tried doing didnt work - they can see all my gym visits on their side as well as the strava uploads - however he can't get the points to allocate

 

He then "escalated" the problem and assured me it will be sorted in a couple of minutes...

 

no call yet... no points as well...

it'll probably be a systems issue, which means it'll take a while to resolve. Not just a minute or 2...

It's sorted. Points just came up!!!

 

I got additional points for only 2 of my strava uploads, but I think that's because of the issues with Strava.

 

Going to five trava a last go - delete all my apps and delinking them all - then Reinstall...

Ek het nou al twee weke se free smoothies verloor! Ek is te ver van al die coffee shops af om dit te gebruik. Julle is almal lucky met die coffee shops en gyms so naby julle!!;) Ek het nog 2 vouchers - laatweet as iemand belangstel daarin anders gaan dit ook verlore.

Good luck. I am not dealing with the call centre again unless I need authorization for a pacemaker (will consider holding for a colonoscopy). Anyway, I sent them a tweet.

So after 2 more failed workouts I ditched strava. Just something wrong with it's relationship with my phone...

 

Mapmyfitness is really working well for me now...

 

 

So how does one collect these smoothies? Just show up and say "hey, hit me with a free smoothy?"
