My question, right

If you go on high performance, there are some time-gaps (60-69% there's no 90-119 minutes) and (70-79% there's no 60-89 minutes), do you fall back to the lower category then?

Taking the old categories and super imposing the elite ones over them renders:

You are missing the E&HP 30-89 for 80% and 60-89 for 70% in your excel spreadsheet.

So frustrated, I missed my 10000 steps by 21 steps yesterday, stupid.  Now I need to do 3 hard sessions this week instead of 2 to make my goal (I can't keep my HR over 80% for 30 min so can't get the 300 points).

So mine has stopped syncing now. Still took my ride from saturday but didn't take my polar workout from yesterday.

Anyone else with issues? Or do i have to relink after their changing goal posts again?

No issues with Garmin, session from this morning is showing already.

But try de-linking and give it another go, never know with these guys...

This is how I read the new point allocations. Normal on left, HP/E on right. Which makes it easier to reach the respective maximums, when sick or unable to train: 900 vs 1200 [emoji848]

PS: let me know of any errors so I can update. The 60-69 columns look out of sync!

PS again:60-69% columns seem to be right. Catered for the OCD club. Main difference between the two is points allocation for 90+ minute activities
