They say sleep helps loose weight...been acting like a vaalie on Durban beachfront this morning...even got the beetroot tan to prove it...maybe a good snooze this afternoon...might make me lighter [emoji12]

Kudos you guys!

Brave of you all to put it out there..

 

When the LBS asks me how much I weigh so they can adjust the fork I tell them it's ok I'll sort it out myself :(

 

But on the plus side I'm gonna piggy back on this momentum to keep me motivated - since The beginning of the year with not changing what I eat just how much of it, I'm down 9kgs.

Got bored with the whole calorie logging, same ol gym routine so stagnated last month - so this is well timed - NotSoBigBen's quote in my signature is my motivator - the less of me, the less suffering up the hills. Good luck all.

I NEED to eat them all myself to have a fighting chance of force feeding Eddy - he is twice the man I am.. well in diameter anyway... :)

I discovered, much to my disappointment that there are enough kilojoules in 6 mince pies to fulfill the daily required intake for an adult male kilojoule reduced diet :(

Refined white flour....check :thumbup:

Butter..........check :thumbup:

Sugar..........check :thumbup:

 

I only need to lose 3kg, but judging by the way things are going around here I could easily win this thing :devil:

Good golly. I drove from JHB to Sedgefield today. My intake was a toasted bacon and cheese on white, then some biltong(dankie Vetseun), two apples, a redbull and 3l water. Not to bad going I rate. I then arrive at mother dearest to find a massive lasagne and a home made ice cream dish of sorts for sups.

FML, maybe I should start a completely opposite comp to this. The person who gains the most will win a 10kg bag of pap and a large bag of sugar.

Nope. My mum dropped off six tins of shortbread yesterday. It's always amongst the presents she gets from kids she looks after at school. Between the shortbread and the boxes of Turkish Delight and Ferrero Roche choccies, I think I am set. Am tapering now in my diet for Friday's challenge...

Don't feel so bad now - looks like we are all battling...

 

For me the restaurant is the busiest it is going to be this year, so tough to keep disciplined (I am seriously considering hypnosis.... :D )

 

No ,ore excuses for me - I'm on board now.
