partydave Posted January 28, 2016 Author Posted January 28, 2016 I've changed my strategy. Intense 1.5 hour cycle every morning followed by a protein shake. Weight training in the afternoon with eggs for lunch and then my normal meaty dinner in the evening. 71.6 this morning.
