A homeopathic health shop eventually suggested I go see this one lady that scans your hand with a device which "reads your health markers" and reports back on what you need. After the scan the lady did her best Oracle impression and explained to me that my body was full of smoke and that was causing the problems. I don't smoke, never have not even once. No-one in my family smokes. No-one at work smokes. That'll be R500 please. Right. To cure my smoke problems she suggested I buy a selection of tiny bottles filled with everything from dwarf farts to virgin dodo tears.Smoke... And mirrors...? Sounds strangely relevant to this thread!
