The rule that was applied in the Giro is no assistance from a competitive team as this could lead to collusion. Don't think it cover spectators.

Got to wonder now... if I were there on a MTB, would he have taken it? I know Jens rode on a kids bike once to get to the finish, but yeah, would they just about accept a unicycle if that was the only option?

I wonder if he gave the kid a "SHUT UP LEGS" sticker for his bike?

I'm looking forward to taking a closer look at your New De Rosa when we go on our CTCT trainer ride. I spotted you on my cursed Stellenbosch Cycle Tour. But wasn't sure if it was you since I didn't see the Cannondale.

Whats funny is farrar says "how nice people in austrailia are" but the fan was a new zealander...

He did say "how nice people in australia are", differs to "how nice australians are" :whistling:

I think that was a Mavic Neutral service support Cannondale that Jensie took to get to the finish

Sorry to say, but I'm not so sure I would have given him my De Rosa, even if I could keep the broken Cervelo as a hostage!  :whistling:

That is correct. .and they only had a frame a couple sizes too small for him.. that's where the whole "kid's bike" came from lol
