The only drawback (if it is one) is the Arch Ex rims are quite narrow by today's standards.  I have them (with Stans hubs - I wish I'd got the Hope hubs).

The rims are brilliant and I've not had a single issue, light, strong, good value, but if I was buying now I'd definitely get a wider internal rim width like the AC Wide Lightning.

I'm suddenly excited

The price is for 2 and you won't be sorry running mine almost 3 months now and they are really solid and wide,they also come with eyelits. Mine are built up with Hope hubs.

I have looked at both and the Stans flow are very close to the wide lightning width wise .As for Arch rims and Hope hubs .Super combo ..The newer Sram x9 hubs are also solid combo on a arch rim .I weigh 100kg

flow = ~25mm internal

wide lightning = ~30mm internal

big difference.

OK .Not so close but compare arch ex 21mm to Flow ex 25,5 mm .Now there is a big difference .I am a bit skeptical as to the strength of the wide lightning rims for a 100kg rider
