Onza Ibex advice

Anyone been running Onza Ibex tyres that can offer some first hand advice.

I'm currently running a Maxxis Ardent in the front, but time has come to replace. I've been very happy with the Ardent, but have a new Ibex lying around so was thinking of just popping it on. The Ibex does seem a bit more aggressive than the Ardent though.

Any thoughts?

What's the problem with having a more aggressive tyre up front...? IMHO that's a bonus :D Go for it.

The Ardent was always a 'meh' tyre for me. Jack of all trades but master of none.

Put the ibex on and be done with it.

Ardent works well as a rear, rolls a lot better than an Ibex. It can work up front as well, but you've got to lean it aggressively or you'll come short.
