Peach. Posted March 29, 2016 Share Just had my baby pimped out with some sexy new bits. Really stoked with my new build, the Spitfire came out awesome and the new parts are amazing.I finally got a taste of what Hope brakes deliver and I must say that I'm amazed, the power and control is unbelievable.New Hope Pro 4 hubs don't waste any time engaging and sound like an angel singing in your ear.Hope Cranks are light like a feather, super stiff and have style for days.Sleek new Gamut TTr Chainring and Trail SXC guide are silent and didn't miss a beat this past weekend. It wouldn't have been complete if I didn't get bars and stem to finish off the Blue, Bollywood to the max with Kore Durox Bar & Rivera Stem, looks rad and feels solid. Hairy Posted August 1, 2016 Share Yo Peach So how are you faring with your Spitty? Noticed you are running in the mid geo setting with the rear chips ... have you run it in low yet, and what are your feelings RE flipping them around?
Peach. Posted August 1, 2016 Share Yo Peach So how are you faring with your Spitty? Noticed you are running in the mid geo setting with the rear chips ... have you run it in low yet, and what are your feelings RE flipping them around? Hey, I'm still Loving it, feeling really good at the moment.I'v never actually tried it on the slackest setting, we dont really have super steep stuff in SA so no real need for it. I'm keen to try it the next time I'm in KZN or CT, JHB is flat.I have tried it in the upper setting, so the steeper head angle. Bike definitely felt like it pedaled better and felt better on flat trails, it was very slightly less playful.
Hairy Posted August 1, 2016 Share Shotto, the previous owner also ran his in the middle setting. ...... nothing to do but play with it I reckon. Have you ever considered putting the debonair can on? Peach.

Agreed, Try all 3 for yourself and see what works for you, its pretty easy and quick to change. I have the low volume can ramps up to quick, high volume can feels great.
