"Dogs did not respond to calls or basic instruction" ???

How many official languages did they try that in ?  Maybe the dogs would have been fine with Ndebele and this was a needless and tragic loss of life.

All this is, is a little undiplomatic shooting with kids around.  Whilst explaining to them why the dog was shot, parents should carry on and say what's going to happen to the goats, sheep and chickens they've just been petting.

Some say the feral kind responds to klingon...who knows

Silencer, or more importantly noise suppressor is only legal for . 22 calibre, so if the farmer had access to such a commodity then yes.

That is not correct, silencers are not regulated, restricted or illegal for any firearms.

I have seen how cruel feral dogs can be.. sorry some may disagree with me.. but rather the feral dog than one of my children.

Guys I'm not sure we should believe Marc. I know him, He rides a Trek dual sus and has campy on his colnago road bike. He is also known to enjoy his german beer a lot(or is it part of his job?). So how reliable can he be?      HERE IS MY SANS FONT.

Thanks for the post Marc, At least we got the proper story and not some FB warrior post.

You forgot to add - The TREKS are SRAM equipped ..... never Shitmano..... :whistling:

LOL, So did you actually ride at VG or just eat?

I dont know the location of VG (hence close to local centres) - but if it was known that the dogs were killing farm animals - how come the SPCA was not called in earlier or a local Vet with a dart gun ?

The same question can be asked about jackal and I suspect the same answer applies

Faarken hell, as moeg as I was when we got there I still had enough strength for a Greipel'esq kinds sprint away from the bastard things.

Ya!

The stoep kakkertjies made the noise, then when that big woof came from behind the trees... big *** was coming.

I still got nervous a few times after passing that gate, you know its there, you just dont know if youve been seen yet

I reckon that old ballie lags his ass off every time us lycra clad rabbits go past...

And it saves him walking his dogs

Launching your sprint early works a charm, if you're past the second gate before your mates you're generally in the clear. But just don't slow down
