WIPEOUT 1000 Posted May 23, 2016 Posted May 23, 2016 How very sad, I never met him personally, but when I saw the picture of the Bianchi S9 Matta, I immediatly knew who it was. We cycled past each other so many times, he was much faster, but I clearly remember the smiles on his face as he passed. Our prayers are with his family.

Every story like this has an impact on every rider out there whether you knew him or not. plants seeds of doubt about every ride you go on which in the gravity of this tragedy becomes the albeit lesser but unspoken shame.
