Then you have a crap LBS...

My most useless purchase by far - Gopro. Used it twice and sold it.

A Go-Pro for Sani two years back.

Last time I used it? Two years back.

the go pro is cool if you only ride for 1 hour (it either over heats or the battery goes flat after 1.5 hours) and have 3 hours to edit ;)

i even tried using the remote mounted on the handle bars using the velcro pump straps...which works well and saves the battery but if sealed in the weather proof case it starts over heating and switches off...just as you get to the top of a half and hour climb and drop int a single track :(

The brand on the door doesn't determine the service you get inside...

The concept store I frequently visit has only provided me with excellent service, but that is due to the personal relationship I have built up with them...

  • Anatomic bibs. Were good for 1 ride.

jcmeyerss, on the bibs... we'd be happy to refund you on them if you return them to one of our factory stores. Sorry to hear you a bad experience

If it was long ago? Which I believe it quite possibly was (we don't do cheap as a rule of thumb anymore), I would also be happy to offer you a new experience on our bibs when you are next in the market - any of your choice at a 35% discount.

I'd personally recommend our new Platinum bib

Just bomb me a pm if I can help

Cheers

A Ghost, first one broke within 6 months or so, replacement frame broke within 2 months in the same spot.  I still had to pay to get parts swopped over and also for a new press fit BB for the new fame,  as well as being given the wrong frame (I asked for an alu replacement, dealer said I asked for a carbon fibre, took it home as I was bikeless and had had enough, was the wrong size as well!, bearing in mind I live about 60km away so I wasn't a happy bunny!).

Old Crankbrother Cobalt seatpost... maybe it's my dikgat, but it could never keep my saddle straight over rough terrain, so kept cranking that torx screw tighter and tighter, threading it a little more each time in the hope it would finally hold...

You know how this story ends

Another was a second hand carbon frame off the hub... one careful lady owner and all that. Bike had been to mordor and back several times. It is though funny enough still alive to this day. But yeah, it was definitely not what was sold to me in the advert. The Hubber did at least make right by me though... so not all was lost  :D
