I feel like a serious Noob right now... can't seem to find a way to export the segment? Want a GPX file or similar to upload to my Garmin. Any advice? Anyone?

I'll be there Sunday  . . . bright and early  . . .  were  late in 2015 , missed the VA start and DID not get DQed   . . . managed to catch A bunch as they started and enjoyed the bunch sprint at the end !

I will not be late

Second time for me.. And first race after injury..

Aish flat stages are so tough being a lightweight.

I think I'd drop down a start group or two and work with a nice paced group..

When do we get seeding..

No, don't drop back. Start in the best group you can and just hide well. Watch the wind look for strong wheels. :)

Best advice for us lightweight riders. Where there are no long arduous climbs. Learnt the hard way.

Just hang on for all your worth.

That was my intial plan, to suffer and hold on for dear life. .

But something made me want to share the workload and not be an unwanted passenger.. ????

when the pace is so hot and I am struggling to hang on and fall of the back and get back on like a yoyo. I agree I want to go to the front to do my share but barely have the legs to hang on. The fast flat races are suffer fest's for me.

One of a few local races I can ride to, race, and ride back home.

170km round trip, and good training for our Durban Tour next month.

The others being Emperors and Ride for Sight.
