whats the benefits?

 

He lost 2 stages so won't be allowed to rejoin the race.

If found the UCI didn't follow due process, I reckon they will use it to take them to court for for $$$.. they would however have to prove that in court... BUT it's making a stand against the all powerful UCI.

They could just let him back in and win some more stages. More exposure for the brand etc. Probably be unfair on the other riders though given that he'd have some days rest.

The fact that he got DQ's has probably given his sponsors more website clicks and internet searches than they ever would have had if he had stayed in the TdF

 

And what they doing now... is trying to keep the click bait going ;)

Wonder if the sprints will get boring now and guys will be to scared of getting kicked out[emoji15][emoji15]

I suppose we will find out in 50km time in a narrow chute of a finish...

I really think it's more a question of taking a stand against the UCI.. they may get flack..but you know what.. go for it. .the UCI have the teams and riders by the short hairs[emoji6]
