Using Onza Canis front and back and really like them ..... prefer them to my usual conti x-king/raceking combo

Ive just put a set of Canis on my XC bike . one ride in so far and very happy. Good grip

Which tubeless ready MTB tyres to get?

Disclaimer: too many bikes to maintain - cannot afford to fit tubeless everywhere

I ride the Maxxis Ardent front and Maxxis Ikon rear and that works for me. I do the typical Trailseeker and Ashburton events/type riding. If you are going to do downhill, enduro or stuff like that then I am sure the Maxxis will not be the answer.

How hard do you ride? Are you out there racking up the miles and taking it easy on the tech bits or are you smashing the corners on the way down, doubling rock garden gaps etc? The tyres you want depend entirely on the type of rider you are. Massive grip or less rolling resistance or something in between. Super light for climbing or burly knobs and sidewalls for fun times. Although i know nothing. I still run 26 inch so i just use whats left...
