The ASO website still shows it as white:
https://www.letour.fr/en/the-jerseys-tour-de-france/the-white-jersey

The wording is almost identical on both links, so it could be an April Fools joke.

monuments...can someone win them all again?

now that PhilGil is done, who is next for a crack?

Pog now has won 4 of them, MSR he could clearly win but PR would be quite a ride, and probably not an ideal TdF buildup

MVDP is on 3, PR is hard to win but it's in his skillset. He'll needs to add LBL and Il Lombardia and he got top10s in both of those in 2020 when last rode.

Wout sits on 1, but he could chip away at all of them., same for Remco. Pidcock on zero.

Pog may have 4 (monuments), but only won three of the 5; unless you're counting Strade Bianche?
He's won Lombardia (twice), LBL and RVV.

Still has to win PR and MSR.

No MSR or PR for Pog and MVDP has done RVV and MSR. I doubt VDP'll crack LBL - unless you're counting Strade Bianche as a classic

VDP has 10kg on Pog, so makes PR more suited for him (WVA too) - it's really interesting how the parcours and general route can be so selective in the classics. Seems that going uphill on cobbles is a different kettle of fish to blasting them on the flat at 50kmh

Yeah that huge one, sure changed the race… some big big hitters got hurt and I’m just not sure why guys still think it’s cool to slip up on the inside and slot in. That was a super silly move, I would enforce a 3 race ban. These guys careers are on the line every race tje enter. Just imagine if someone got so hurt that they would have to call it quits?

look it’s a dangerous sport but there is a fine line between stupidity and controlled risk. Anyways, let’s hope they all stay upright at PB!😃

You see the pro’s do this all the time so it’s just unlucky the guy got caught out. It’s all well and good enforcing a 3 race ban but there needs to be consistency. WOuld like to see the UCI be more proactive with things like this and not wait for a crash before enforcing punishment. We see pro’s riding in gutters, trying to maximise whatever space there is on the road.

Pogacar looks well on his way to being the greatest ever cyclist in my opinion.

In saying that, I cannot see how he wins Paris Roubaix. He will need to go on a solo breakaway and that’ll never happen. Will be interesting to see if he actually lines up on Sunday. It’s a pretty big risk to take with a low probability of success especially with the Tour coming up.

He wanted Flanders and he got Flanders. That was his big target. I think there’s definitely more chance of him winning MSR versus Roubaix before he retires. I personally think he will sit out Paris Roubaix.

That’s like Tiger Woods being compared to Jack Nicklaus. He’s still short of the 18 major wins by 3. Until he gets to 18, Tiger will be close, but not cigar.

Pogačar has a long way to go to catch up to The Cannibal, but has time on his side.

He’s still pretty young though so I’ll give him that.

Yeah… Pog won’t be able get be in n the cobbles, I recall he did however tease the fans once… but that post was him doing a recon of a tour stage. Flanders is the Belguim PB, so maybe 2024.

I was looking back on the mad 85 edition were only 25 finished 👀😬, man that year is was absolutely brutal with weather, guys were walking, fans trying to help, riders punching spectators… yeah and then you seen them grind those insane large gears up the 20+ grAdient… I’ve never seen riders that broken in my life. I doubt there will ever be a Flanders like that.

Some people called the first three big results waaaaay out, in December already.

Getting 3 in a row is nice, but let's see whether someone is able to get to 4 and 5 in a row respectively.

They seem alligned that WvA takes Roubaix...

Let's start with the Men's Monuments. Strade Bianche:
Milano-Sanremo:
Ronde van Vlaanderen:
