Long Wheel Base Posted January 11, 2017 Share Those riders look cold It was a tad cold at the last(first) event. BUT it was about 5 weeks later in the year than it is this year. If i can remember correctly it was 2nd weekend of may.I was luckily one of the last groups to start so it had already warmed up a bit bit still rode with thin arm warmers and a mesh wind breaker. We arrived at the start area with winter stuff and ended up riding with shorts, shirt and sleeves. Unzipped in the reserve before pulling the sleeves back up to make us more aero on the descent. https://www.instagram.com/p/BFHCiXAmSmH/ Just a pity both events are on the same weekend.
