Plenty will go buy it.. why.. because they can.

I am happy to carry my little bottle of lube with me to top up at the waterpoint.

After 6 hours generally the least of my problems is how lubed my chain is unless I've been riding through mud the whole way

You know I am quite set on that.. if it is very dusty I make sure to top up every so often.

I try not ride in mud lol

Well put and I would agree with that wholehearted, I guess as an 'average Joe' myself I am merely looking at it from my point of view ... I still think that many "average Joe's" will go out and buy it regardless?

True, but then you only have to look at those that you ride past on the way to chappies with a Spez tarmac with Zipp 404 NSW wheels and power meter to see that many joe bloggs go out and buy whatever the pro's use.

Its people's money they can do with it what they please. They probably dont need it.

Looked like a Di2 battery to me.

I think someone is taking the piss.

I think you are correct.

I also thought it looked like that but on closer inspection it looks like a reservoir with some oil in it. It looks just over half full.

Besides I am sure those SCOTT's have the batteries inside the frame?

Orica (or who ever is testing this) is a bit late to the party.

Nothing new .

This model could even lube  anywhere on the chain. Infinitely variable.

PS and with calves like that, that  guy defiantly scoffed at a measly 12 watt

Jissus....that dude's calves should go down in the book of all things legendary...!!!

Perhaps he got calves like that from riding a dry chain and not saving the 12 Watts....that's why the new age pro's are so skinny....  :whistling:

Plus he's riding in his school shoes. That's another 12 down right there

Nibali uses the same oiler, but he holds the car while the oil it.
