Bad service CWC

So the big guy must log on from overseas to deal with this, isn't Jnr in the country?

personally i would trample on the raisins of the person who posts everything here,,surely that falls in the spectrum of their job description,,on line promotions and damage control

i was about to ask,,,is this another CWC marketing angle since nothing has been said from the man the myth the legend,,,,but i see after a few page of loyal customers doing their PR work, he appeared 

All jokes aside, from the looks of it, the OP is not the only one who has left with a bad taste in his mouth after visiting one of CWC stores. So if this was my business, I would attend to this problem asap as it seems they DO have a problem.

pretty sure they are both in taiwan. hence why the post came from Jr account. i started working with my dad on the promise that we would both go hit the annual tradeshow together in the next year or two (it's in vegas, my mom is not too impressed with the plan!)

Its not always that bad. Had some good encounters with them

 

 

EDIT .... Had a nice electronic chat with Chris Snr.  (I was invited for coffee, but was out in Paarl for business)

 

I gave him my version, and time ... he checked it, and replied in terms of what he saw on their cameras.

 

I had interaction with his staff 5 or 6 times in the 30 minutes I was in the store.

 

 

So it would be unfair to suggest that I was ignored.

I was on the other hand super impressed. Phoned them for some info. Chap name of W.... said I should send a pic to his personal number and he will come back to me. He did so but apologised for his delay. I have never been in their shop but looking forward to it now.

I got a nice PM, and have responded.

 

Just maybe I have been spending toooo much time there in the last 6 months :)  Might be the staff are giving space to window shop ....  When I ask them for service or advise they sure know their stuff !!

 

While typing my reply I realised just how often I have been there of late ... swiped the card 3 times since Saturday .... hehehe ....

 

so they must be doing something right.  :)

Do you post on behalf of the Guptas too when they need support on social media? It seems like a growth industry.

Where can I moan about a certain bike store that serviced my rear hub and when installing it they installed the internals wrong way around - only to charge me to fix it again and telling me it needs replacing? And Supposedly replacing my bb bearings only to replace it a week later saying it is done and needs replacing - with 50km on and again and again. mmmmmmm

Don't really see your problem, unless you also had to tap someone on their shoulder to get their attention you really have nothing to complain about.

Must say, after my post simply stating that I had a bad experience, I was contacted directly by them looking to resolve it. I like that, well done.

I also received a PM and a personal call. I am convinced that there is a real attempt at sorting out the problem. Well I am flying to Greenpoint for the Easter Holidays soon. I will drop in and check it out soon.
