Atleast here the last time I heard of this it was to stop motorcycles riding recklessly fast past their house kicking up dust and putting young children in danger.

Cyclists in turning only lane not turning and cutting infront of a truck from it's blind spot.

Or truck driver hogging the road and deliberatley hitting cyclist?

Luckily no one was hurt...

I'm unfortunately on the side of the arctic driver... the blind spot is massive on those things and he is already concentrating on not dislodging the load and staying balanced while avoiding overtaking and on coming cars.

 

These guys made a boo boo. Scary as hell because, well, you would die as a cyclist, but breaking the road laws and expecting the driver to be able to see them is ignorant.

I agree.  The video title is also misleading as the truck did not change lanes at all - the cyclists did.

I am also with the truck driver - maybe he could have come out a little less aggressive - but i guess his adrenaline was also running high
