At the local hardware store - Brights.

I have previously seen much narrower units .... with this wide unit you have to go up 2 or 3 gears.

R43 for the bolt, and R26 for the pulley .... "bit" better priced than the branded tools .... maybe I should invest in some blue paint and sell it ....  :whistling:  :whistling:

Found a "wheel" from an old project ... cut the tread off and now have the perfect "narrow pulley" -

Fourier’s Quick Portable Truing Tool

While nothing beats the convenience of a work bench mounted truing tool, not everyone has that kind of space. Fourier’s new Quick Portable Truing Tool fits in the palm of your hand, but can be easily connected to your frame or fork for repairs.

where ?

No Idea, saw it on MTBR. However once can make a hack version.

I would use a piece of wood to cable tie against the fork lowers. And a gutter bolt which you can turn/adjust thru the piece of wood to align the rim.

One of the known hacks - cable tie around the fork, pulled fairly tight.  Move the cable tie so the tip is "close" to the rim .....

2 pencils and elastic bands have worked for me for the past 30 years. Pencil marks the rim where it's pulled making it easy to true.
