Did not see that coming.

 

Well he was seriously miffed after being left out of the Giro squad, and then the TdF omission must have been a kick in the bollox. Shame though, Dave B always spoke highly of him.

Very good opportunity for the young guns at conti level. watched a very good program on the team.. youngsters from all over not just Spanish kids and all of course in awe when Bert is able to go ride with them... they already had a great opportunity but now it will be fantastic. ..having more support and u der the guidance of Baso[emoji108]

The tour is going to be fun next year with Cav' vs Kittel vs Gaviria vs DVG and then the other second string who could upset the order (that list doesn't include Nacer).

Sky has let some big names leave, but i can't understand why Cannondale let Fromolo leave. They pumped the lightie up so much during the Giro that i thought he was going to be their long term plan for GT accolades.
