Favourite training music

So with loads of people now well into their pain cave/indoor training for the winter months, what is your favourite song(s) or type of music you listen to while you train?

For some reason I’m stuck on the oldies for a bit.

Queen: Fat bottom girls – perhaps some hidden motivation.

Anything by Nirvana (for now, I get tired of it quickly).

I’m sure next week will be something different for me again

Having had to get onto the indoor trainer due to injury, I dusted off my Zune from 2011 and am enjoying ASOT 290-350, Tiesto club life, Pete Tong etc. Makes the time pass pretty quickly.

I have strange tastes... But they work!

I like the Apple Music Rock Workout. Have had some complaints from the neighbours so switched to headphones. Think I will need some waterproof ones though.

Will need to get some new playlists though I think. Any recommendations as to where to find some?

Tons of cycling music on youtube..........my favourite are the carlos garcia mixes featuring micheal jackson and queen mixes for roughly one hour sessions

Youtube has some pretty good playlists, but they're chock full of adverts.

Me: Depends on the mood

If I want to smash out a hard session:

Korn / Slipknot / SOAD etc

Tempo:

Infected mushroom / DATSIK / RJD2 / psy-trance etc

Found an old Korn CD of mine the other day when moving, listened to it for 2 weeks in the car again. (Brings back loads of memories) Johnathan Davis is a legend.

yeah. Always liked them... Serenity of Suffering (their new one) is pretty cool as well.

Metallica's new (2016) album is also worth a listen. VERY old school.

I gave St Anger another chance the other day... Also been revisiting past. Luckily I also have Hardwired.

Nicest catch-up was the first Machinehead album. Still kills 25 odd years later
