Photos of the rims?

With the tyre bead not seating on the inside of the rim wall, it's important that the photos are without tyres on and showing the inside rim cavity in a few areas. When you have inspected the rims is there anything you notice regarding this?

Stab in the dark here (not so much of a tubeless fitting expert), but do you not perhaps have too much rim tape on, preventing the tires from seating in the beads properly?

Edit: Reason I'm asking, one of my first attempts I struggled to get the tires to seat properly. After countless attempts, I removed a few of the layers of tape I put on (reasoning being, more is mos better.  :whistling: ) and it then seated no problem.

Since then I do not put down more than two layers of tape on.

This is definitely a problem with certain rims - I've encountered it with ZTR rims before. Very possibly could be the problem.

This could be a stab in the light. If you have too much tape  it could cause a seating problem.

Are we talking about just burping or tyres blowing off the rim completely?

Are your high rollers the older wire bead versions?

I have dartmoor raiders and tubeless is pretty easy.

Also why are you running pressures that high?

You don't weigh much and dropping your pressures will make a big difference in cornering
